If your clothes suddenly seem shorter. My daughter had a growth spurt right in the middle of the school year. Suddenly her jeans were way up over her ankles and her sleeves on her long sleeved shirts were about three or four inches above her wrist. We got some new clothes and then she did it again in May.

your cloths size may tell you if you have added a size up if its more then a couple of inch's other wise if its only a small growth spurt then you may not at all.
