Yes try to be clear who is the responsible party here. BTW I'm in U.S. and my company is doing this, it is very hard on me because I have to manage the work being done overseas, it is very very difficult but I digress...Anyway be clear, it is the AMERICAN COMPANIES that are "taking away" american jobs, nobody is forcing them to go overseas. It is all about profit. Don't be mad at someone in a third world country just trying to feed their family the same as you are - be mad at our system for encouraging it.

TO REMAIN COMPETATIVE IN BUSINESS IT DEMANDS BEST WORK TO BE DONE IN MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY.IF OUTSOURCING TO COUNTRIES WHERE SKILLED WORKERS IS CHEAPER AND TALENTED HELPS A COMPANY IN ITS BOTTOMLINE AND HELPS THEM FOCUS ON THERE CORE ACTIVITY THEY WILL DO IT.ACCECT IT.U CAN'T STOP IT.I CAN'T STOP .NEITHER GOVT CAN STOP IT COz PROFIT MOTIVE IS SO STRONG IN PRIVATE FIRM THEY ARE READY TO GO TO ANY EXTENT FOR COST CUTTING.ALSO PEOPLE IN INDIA ARE VERY SMART AND SPEAK EXELLENT ENGLISH.BUT YOU SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER THAT IN GLOBALISED WORLD IF SAY INDIANS ARE TAKING AWAY AMERICAN JOBS THEY ARE ALSO PROVIDING JOBS TO AMERICAN BY CONSUMING THERE BIG BRANDS LIKE PEPSI.COKE,KFC,LEVIS,LEE........THE LIST IS ENDLESS.SO BE PRAGMATIC AND ASK URSELF ONE Qs. IF ARE READY TO WORK FOR LESS MONEY IN PLACE OF A EMPLOYEE WHO IS LESS EFFICIENT AND SMARTER THAN YOU WON'T THE COMPANY HIRE YOU AND FIRE THAT CANDIDATE.
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST IN AMERICA WORKING POPULATION IS DECREASING AND IN INDIA ITS BIG AND INCREASING.
