i am really unhappy with my waight. People always have something to say about it. It really hurts my feeelings. So if any one could help me out that would be wonderful!!!

i am a personal trainer, and let me tell you right now, ITS NOT ABOUT EATING ALOT OF JUNK FOOD!!!! go to GNC and get a mass gainer shake from there. the number one shake is called MUSCLE MILK. ask for that. if you need anything else from there, the best company period is, MUSCLETECH. do some workouts (this may not seem smart, but your body works out, it burns calories, so it needs calories, and your body naturally assumes it needs more than less, so you actually can gain weight by it.). so thats how its done. also, your workouts should be high rep, low weight sets.

It would be helpful if I knew how tall you are and how old?
If you are 18 or over then I would suggest to eat pasta salads often with whole grain bread along with a glass of red wine once a day.Treat your self now and then and eat your favorite ice cream. Stop drinking or eating diet anything. If you smoke then stop smoking. Eat at least six small meals a day. Eat Turkey sandwiches with mayo and mustard on whole grain bread. But easy on the Mayo. Eat pancakes with a wee bit of maple topping, and some whipped cream. Eat mashed potatoes with gravy and chicken cooked your favorite way and lots of veggies of any kind and lots of fruit. Keep the sugar content down for your good health. Eat hot pasta as well with red Sauce and a few meatballs, not to much red meat. When you have reached your desired weight goal then just maintain and cut back if you still gain more weight. If you are over 45 then just stay healthy and happy. Life is short so be happy and don't worry about what others tell you. Love yourself and love God, You will be ahead of the game if you do that. Hope I have helped. Have a nice day.

My friend had a similar problem. What you need to do is be careful about how and what kind of weight you gain. Talking to your doctor is the best way to do it, but i can help you a little bit. First of all: make sure that through out the whole time, you're eating a balanced diet. It's not healthy to just eat candy all the time. But you can try eating things that are a little more high in fat content. If you're not a vegitarian, start eating beef more often. I'm not saying you should eat steak 24/7, but if you can incorporate a little more fat into your diet, it will help. Second of all, you should work out. I know! it sounds like the opposite of what you want, right? except that you want to gain some muscle along with the weight, so that your body can support itself. SO! To the gym with you! do push ups and sit ups, jog, bike, what ever you like, so long as you're staying healty. I hope it goes well! and again. Check with your doctor. I'm sure she or he has some good suggestions on how to do this in a healthy way.

The question I'd have for you is how tall are you?

Being 100 lbs and 5'4" isn't all that bad, now being 100lbs and 5'10 or higher you might look like you have a eating disorder.

You need to take in more calories than you are burning if you just want to gain weight, ie fat cells. Or you can try working out lifting weights to gain muscle mass. I'd suggest to talk to a dietitian or a trainer about your options.

Are you unhappy about your weight really? Or are you unhappy because of what other people say. I feel that if you are healthy and you are at the right weight for your body frame and height and age that's find. Listen to your inter voice and go with what you what, not what others say you should do. Take care of yourself. Your the only one that can decide what you should do.

Fast food is a good idea, if you want to gain weight really fast.

Negative effects: Bad for Heart, Blood Clot, Early Death
Positive effects: Fast weight, fills stomach

I suggest Fast food once or twice a week and then just eat high carb food such as bread, milk products. (Milk also give you strong bones!)

Eat more breads and carbs. Lift some weights. Fast food will help you gain weight, but it will be all fat.

exercise and take vitamins and minerals along with a weight gainer thats the safe way atleast when you do gain the weight it will be in the right places

dont kill yourself eating to much food. starches and meat usually do the trick.... but as you eat make sure you are trying to tone the weight you are gaining.
