Some people are just smaller than others. If you have a small frame, adding that much weight might be bad. But it you REALLY want to gain some weight, DO NOT put on fat by hitting the junk food. A balanced diet it the way to go. But what you really need is muscle mass. It's heavier than fat, and it's better for you. A complete workout routine would take pages, so I'm recommending you get a membership to a gym. The trainers there can help you out.

Thats easy......first of all, the only way that your going to gain weight in a "healthy" way is by gaining that weight in "muscle". You don't want to eat way too much fatty stuff cuz then you'll just gain fat. Here's what ya do k? Since your female...you should do the following. Eat right...a lot! eat between 1500 - 2000 calories per day....eat 3 times per day and buy a WHEY PROTEIN mix from stores such as GNC or Vitamin shoppe. (NOT A WEIGHT GAINER) JUST WHEY PROTEIN, One that I use is called ISOPURE by NATURES BEST. It has 50 grams of protein per serving, low calories and low carbs. Try to have 1.5 to 2.0 grams of protein per pound of your weight, daily....remember, that's a lot of protein, so make sure you work out. 15 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight training at least every other day....Not only will you feel great, you will build just the right amount of muscle to look great, and you'll give yourself a little boost in the self esteem area...its great...good luck.

You can gain weight by eating lots of carbohydrates and protiens. Make sure it's good carbs and healthy protien like white meat chicken and fish. Red meat is okay but in moderation because of the fat and cholesterol content and vanilla icecream is what I would call the "treat". Straight up enjoy the heck out of that!

Drink milkshakes a few times a day. That will put weight on you. And eat your regular meals, too. You will look and feel better when you weigh more. When I was 118, my hip bones kept getting bruised because they stuck out ahead of my body when I walked into things. People thought I was sick or doing drugs. NEITHER! I wish you all the best. You can do it!!!

First of all it is weight not waight.
What is your height? Let's say you are 5'5" , 135 is probably very healthy weight.
I guess you have to eat more and burn less...gee you make me mad: I have to work out everday to maintain 135lb on a 5'5" frame...and as you age it is getting more difficult...
Good luck!

Lots of protein... chicken, fish, complex carbs (whole grains, fruits). You don't want to gain weight with junk food... Try some mild weight training too.

Add Ensure and yogurt to your diet. Both are not very filling, have lots of calories per portion size, and used to add weight in my Grandma's nursing home.
