I really like having a sparkly diamond stud on my nose but I'm afraid that my nose are too big for it. The size of my nose are similiar to the girl in this picture:

There is nothing wrong with that chick's nose but I wouldn't get my nose pierced. It always drums up images of boogers getting stuck on the end of the earring...ewwww.

I think the tiny nose rings are cool and sexy too. I don't think you'll attract just rockers, etc. Nose rings are a signature of your style and they represent a flare of culture that we lack in our society. Many cultures have been getting body and facial piercings for thousands of years. To say it's just being trendy is uneducated. If you feel this is a good representation of you I believe you should do it. Noses are like bodies they come in all shapes and sizes if you are comfortable with yourself and you would like a piercing, then do it. I know teachers and many others that are in reputable institutions that have chosen tasteful nose rings and it can be quite a stunning addition to their looks. I wish I had done it when I was younger and I may still. One question I have is if the hole is very obvious when the ring isn't in there. Just curious?

I did not look at the picture. However I got my nose done but my nose is not big. It dont matter on the size or shape of your nose. Just remember most jobs do not allow you to wear nose rings while working. You can buy the clear retainer types of things to use while at work cause they are less noticeable but not all places of business will accept that. If you want it get it done just think about it some first.

If you want to... but you can get a infection if is not taken care of properly. And blowing your nose could get a little uncomfortable I think... especially if you have a bad cold. The big nose thing, hey people have little ears and were 20" hoop earings and it looks alright. What ever floats your boat.

Its a personal statement, kind of like should you or shouldn't get a tattoo. I know a piercing are easier to take out but still you have to decide if its right for you. Think about why you want it. If you want to do it because your friends are doing it, then i would think its not a good reason to get it. But if you are doing it for your self and because its something you want and like.

Don't do it. After years you will be a mum,or an old lady with a diamond on your nose.Or, you will have a hole that you have to hide it under a lot of make up.
