I have an object with Ave maria on it?

I found a round object, similar to a size of a ring. it has Ave Maria on one side with jesus on a cross on top of the ring. On the other side it has 10 saints like they are kneeling down and on top of the ring it is the other side of the cross with a woman praying. Any idea what it could be ?
