Well, I have looked at your table, but I am unable to find the source for your data. The source given (www.cbo.gov) has a variety of data. The closest I could find was the following report, and it does not support your table.
http://www.cbo.gov/budget/historical.pdf
Please provide an accurate link to support your propaganda.

Another false positve. I have made these statements many time in regards to who is to blame or praise for US economy. I guess I need to again. First The President does NOTHING alone!! He must work with Congress which during his reign was mostly Republican!! Its Congress that must approve any bills!! So that shot that theory out window. Now to the less informed an economics lesson. the following was presnted to an economic professor from a CA University and I was told I was correct. The University was UCR. Let take it simple first. When you make a change to your own budget (personal economy) its takes one to three months average to see the changes and three months to a year to see major impact. These are norms but fit most family budgets. Example you buy new car your first payment isnt for two months so you have additional funds for two months. Once payment starts it takes at least a month to see change in income and longer to see big impact. This cannot be changed it is what it is. Now the USA population is just over 280 million! Take your family budget and times it by that firgure and you will see changes take time but even more so because of the many effects changes have and time to take effect. So if a change (new bill or budget) is put in place for US it takes 2 - 4 years for the small impacts (some changes interest rates etc impact right away but not in a big way and change back quickly). It takes about 5 9 years for major impact and this is "if" new laws have not been passed that effect prior budget! So who should we praise? Well first off (as said) its not Prez alone! This isnt a monarchy!! Praise Congress as well. You might also praise those in power prior because it was their actions that really made the impact! Its common sense nothing in money matters change right away. So stop patting Clinton on the back it may wel have been Reagon who we should thank! You can also thank Newt G and other Republican as well they passed the budget! Since I blew your whole post out of the water and I dont follow your false praise I wont expect best answer

No, but if you have the report on Eisenhower's economy, I'd like a copy. No beer is necessary.
