Any Good brands? qualties?

i play baritone in my school band,but my band director gave us a list on good name bands for all instruments. for da flute they are:
Accent,Armstrong,Gemeinharti, Jupiter, Yamaha.Gemeinharti is the best out of them all because it it of good quality

if u are a serious musician you might want to get an open hole flute. they are alot of starter flutes though most are ok. i played 20 yrs all types with no real differences in the starter flute.
