Yes, when i was 16 yrs old (about 5 yrs ago).....It cost alot of money and i lost my license for a year.......i also got possession of fireworks..how stupid is that lol!!!!!

I was once, funny thing was i hadn't been drinking! I had passed all the tests and the cop was fixin to let me go when a femal cop (his supervisor I think), pulled up and try to pick me up by collar (lasughable attempt) and said in her toughest voice "How would you like to go to the police station and take a breathalyzer!"
I said, I wouldn't like that I thought I was free to go. Then she turned to the first cop and said "He just refused a breath test, arrest him." And the cop did.
When i went to my first appearence the next day and tried to plead not quilty they said since I couldn't make bail I obviously couldn't afford a lawyer, so if I plead quilty to DUI I would get three days in jail or I could have a trial which would take several months (which I would be in jail for the whole time). So now I have a dui on my record even though I don't drink.
This was Vandelia Ohio back in 1990(?)

No but I've heard Mel Gibson was arrested for DUI.

no and I never will, because I don't drink and never will. I'm totally against DUI, also, I don't smoke.

No, never. But when I was in college I was almost picked up more than once for underage.
