No, like so many other jobs, that's best left to the private sector :)

The guy is horrible but he's no direct threat to us, and our adventures in deposing rulers have not gone well (Iran, Iraq, Chile, etc.) We need to stay out of it.

...they can't. It's been outlawed. Too bad someone didn't also take out hitler, stalin, mao, molosavic, saddam, the taliban.. or anyone who makes a pasttime of butchering the people.
