Well first you need to ask the pet rock is he ok. If he doesn't respond go to your nearest rock hospital. It could be life-threatening. Make sure he gets the best care possible. Because pets rocks are an important part of your family!

First of all,
if your pet rock is running fever..do not give him anything,
remember "Feed a Cold and Starve a Fever"
If he is not running a fever--some nice fried chicken skin battered gravy might perk him up !!
If he won't eat,
he's dead
burry him.
