Esperanza Rising is a very good book it teaches you that life is not life without problems. The book is about a girl name Esperanza that belived her life would be wonferful forever. She would always live on her familys ranch forever. She would always have fancey dresses and a beatiful home filled with servants.Papa and Abuelita would always be with her.But a sudden tragedy shatters her world and forces Esperanza and mama to flee to Calfornia where they settle in a camp for mexicans farm workers.Esperanza isnt ready for the hard labor financial strugles brought on by the great depression and lack of acceptance she now faces. When Mama get sick and a srike for better working conditions threatens to uproot their new life,Esperanza must find a way to rise above her difficut circumstances-because Mama's life and her own depend on it.I really love that book cause it teaches the value of life.Did you know that hope means Esperanza and that what she brings

Esperanza is a young wealthy girl that lives in Mexico. She enjoyed her life until her father went out with a bunch of friends to go do raids. When the small party returned, her father was killed. She became very sad...(I don't know what happens between here)...but, her family (mother, [I think she had a sister] and grandmother) had to move to California (I don't know why). her mom got a job and I don't know what happens after that. Sry I couldn't put all the details and events. ^_^

if you got off the computer and actually read the book, you'd be able to do your own summary.
