I have recently downloaded a game using a torrent. the torrent downloaded a .bin file and a .cue file .... how do i use these to make my game functional do i need a specific program? thank you 4 your time

You need a program that installs a virtual drive. Two examples are Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

.BIN and .CUE files are image files. U will need a program that can burn images to a CD or DVD, depending on the file size. I would suggest Alcohol 120% or any popular ISO softwares.

in addition to goffik's advice, you can use your cd burning software to burn the *.cue file onto disc. it's normally found under the 'burn disc from image' option.
