WHERE can I find [and buy] this nail polish for under $100? [besides eBay] it can be an online store, a real store, whatever!

ive already checked saks fifth avenue, nordstrom, bloomingdales, this is sold out! its kinda impossible right now but i figured asking might be worth a shot =]

no. not in Black Satin. It's going for hundreds on eBay. it apparently is big a deal. apparently i answered my own question here.

Well, the only place you can get Chanel cheap is on eBay, but you already ruled that one out. So your only option is basically an actual Chanel boutique or the Chanel section in Saks Fifth Avenue, Nieman Marcus, or Nordstrom.
If you're gonna be cheap, it's eBay. If not, then pay retail.

ummm the nail polish is only 20 bucks.. u can get it any where from macys to saks... its all only 20......
