You need to be admitted to what's called the bar association. Then you need to pass an examination for each state you want to practice law in. See the link for details.

The practice of law and medicine being a little bit different in the US as compared with that in Egypt, you need to re-train yourself completely, get a JD degree and then practice law here.

You must come here in the U.S first and take bar exam here
