Try it all and vary it. Walk, lift weights, jazzercise, dance.... Mix it up and stay active. As you age, you will also need to take in less calories. I am 48, exercise at least 4 X a week for about an hour and still have to watch what I eat just so I won't gain. It's sad, but true that it takes more and more work each year. Start now!

Its a very good site. I have lot around 40 pounds. By proper dieting. You have to eat breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. You need to calculate how much calories you are taking. Accordingly u need to burn also. Cardio is good. It depends how soon you want to reduce. I was under diet for 6 months, excerice for 4days a week. Some times yeah, you may skipped. But watch ur food. Go to Curves if you are in US. good luck.
