OMG! my brother came home from school yesterday and told me that he has been suspended for Sexual Harrasment! This so called Freshman is accusing my 15 year old brother of touching her inappropriatly. I went this morning to the school with my mom and brother to discuss the allegation and what she says and he says do not add up. I know that my brother would never hurt anyone! She told the Police officer that he touched her and told her she better not tell anyone or else. Then two days later was hanging out with him and his friends like nothing happened. That is probably because nothing probably did happen. I don't know how to deal with htis. If he did do it, then he needs to face the consequences but I really think this girl is lying. HELP! I don't know what to do or how to feel. He promised me that he didn't do anything to this girl and I honestly believe him, not becuase he is my brother but because he has never hurt anyone. He goes to Church and doesn't have any anger issues.

Just be calm and supportive of your brother.
Do not gossip about the other girl, do not answer non-family members is they ask you about it.
There is nothing you can do to make the situation better - but there are a lot of things you could do to make it worse.

Girls do not understand the seriousness of this accusation. he may have said something to her to make her mad. Maybe some friend told her he did even if he didn't.
It is so easy to claim this and the way things are now days the man almost has to prove he didn't. Complete reversal from the way it should be.
Only thing you can do is get a lawyer. Ask him what your options are and he may help you determine the real truth. When you do this your brother needs to understand that he must be telling the truth because if not it will not go good for him if he is not.

Your brother sounds like he is telling the truth. I would stand by his side if I was you. First of all sexual harrasment is a very serious accusation to put on someone and this girl definately sounds like she was not all truthful. There is something more to this story and you should ask your brother if there was any reason she would want to create this story. The reason I believe his side more than hers is the facct that she was hanging out with him and his friends 2 days later! Like nothing happened!? Yes there is definately something fishy there a person who has truly been sexually harrassed would not even want to be in the same room with someone who did that to them. And even if as she claims he said for her not to tell anyone that wouldn't mean she had to hang around him like nothing happened. Somethings up hear and I say have faith in your brother. Ask him to let you know if there is any underlying meaning that she did this. I hope things turn out alright for him and your family.

What makes you think everyone he groped would come forward, and in his mind would not "hurt anyone". "So called freshman", this is pretty black and white, not up for debate, why would you phrase it that way? And if he did it of course his story would not add up" to hers. I was molested as a small child, in Jr High a guy came by and grabbed my crotch, I didn't turn him in, I punched him in the jaw. He didn't have to answer to the law, he had to tell all his friends where he got the bruise! If she had the guts to turn him in, good for her. He should deal with his problems if he has them. I got an apology, and I'm sure he thought twice about doing it again. Victim only once!!!!!

Sounds to me like the girl is Lying! She was probably scared your brother would tell everyone and she'd be known as a slut around school. Maybe they did it..and she didn't want to but never said no....she could just be confused or a lying little slut...who doesn't want everyone to know. But, yes she is definitely lying!!!

i would tend to believe him because she was hanging with him the next day as if nothing happened ... if he did tuch her, it was unintentional and she is just flexing her power ... she may have done it on a dare from a friend ... on the down side, he is now in the system and she has possibly made a false report (which is a misdemeanor) ... in any case, she is also in the system and if she makes too many of these, she will be disbelieved.

There may be security video of what the truth actually is. It will be hard to find credible witnesses in a high school. Assume he is innocent until you find out all of the facts.

He and his friends should tell the police that she was with them after the so called incident. That will prove that she's a liar. He needs to avoid her because she is a troublemaker.

sounds like some one likes your brother and he turned her down i would go with your heart from what i see i dont think he did it stick to your heart
