get over it because you can't get any younger and if you don't the rest of your life will be miserable

First - you are in your prime. You are not stupid anymore and still young enough to do everything.

Since you are feeling jealous then do somethings to take better care of yourself. Check out realage.com or some equivalent sites. Just flossing your teeth everyday takes 6 years off your physical age.

I started acupuncture at 35 to deal with a lower back injury that happened when playing volleyball at 27. I feel so much better now - my body is healther and prettier than when I was 18. I don't think there has been a time in my life when I have looked/felt as attractive as I do now at 36. Plus I am more intelligent and sophisticated now. All around I would only go back to a younger age if I can keep the wisdom otherwise forget it.

The 2 next things I am going to learn is how to fence and how to fly an airplane. I can't wait. I didn't have the time, MONEY, or inclination to do anything so cool when I was younger - too busy with drinking and clubbing and chasing guys. What a waste I was.

Enjoy your life. You know a male only reaches his physical peak at 40. So you still have 6 years to be the strongest, fastest, and most energic you can be.

Well. How about you find a confidence builder first and concentrate on that and then please take joy in knowing that you have reached thirty four and acquired wisdom. And don't forget to mentally take 6 years off your true age and enjoy yourself!

Look at it this way,
50 is the old age of youth.
but 50 is the youth of old age.
I'm in the latter part of this saying.

30's are great!! You are no longer a child, you are taken seriously at work and eligible for promotion. Enjoy this time!

I'm assuming you are a working, normal person and not a "disabled" drug addicted, hospital addicted, fat *** on disability for "all over joint pain", "fibro neuralgia" parasite on disability.

you have to let it go. crusing the "strip" every weekend doesn't look good for a 34yr old.
