I don't know if I'd pay much extra money to eat sushi served on top of a hot girl, but I'd certainly not mind such a plate.

Hehehe, as long as she or he is clean, I might. I know they have to be careful with the sushi, so I would assume that the 'servers' would be clean as well :)
