Has anybody had an E 74 message pop up on start up?

Right out of the box, my 360 did not start up correctly, it just didn't do anything. I have had numerous "E 74" startup messages. Usually when it hasnt been turned on for about 16+ hours. Tech support says "e 74" is a hardware problem. Lots of help they are. One power supply blew up allready. They took care of it. Any simmilar experiances?

That's not happend to me yet, but I just got mine a few days ago. Gheeese I'm wondering if the rumors about this thing were right? :(=
