In regards to the extra payments I make they are via my online account so totally traceable. We were not married but together for a very long time we also have another child at uni and she bleeds me dry but that is life. Also the csa told me any overtime I do at work will deducted as well even though I have to do it to survive. with the new version of the csa coming about can I get this situation sorted? I currently work 60 to 70 hours per week and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Also the ex refuses to work full time even though our youngest is a teen.

If your youngest is a teen he/she could get a weekend job to help out if they need the money so badly. Cut back on your work-hours, its not healthy for you and if you ended up having a breakdown you'd be no good to anyone! If need be take her to court offering to pay less and suggest she does more to contribute herself. It takes 2 people to produce and decide to have a child so she should do her bit! Health means a lot.

if your youngest is a teen, it wont be much longer before you wont have to pay anything. Give her EXACTLY what you've been told and NOTHING more. Good luck
