Why is there more secretions once you conceive?

your body is building and retaining your mucous plug which blocks bacteria from entering your uterus and infecting your baby...

be thankful because those extra secretions help the baby get out

it's great if you were dry before. But, it's because your body is creating more lubrications to protect the fetus.
