For some people yes. The extra hormones affect your body in many different ways. Diarrhea can also be symptoms of many other things, so you should buy a test to confirm wether or not you are pregnant and go from there.

yes also constipation but so can many other things stress for instance so yes it can but i would suggest depending on if your late or whatever else makes u think u could be pregnant i would suggest not to stress because this can cause your body to do those sort of things wait about two weeks and take a test once you know you may find you arent try not to think about it to much this can delay your period also stress and worry do strange things to your body hang in there and take a test.

yes it can .let me tell you a story i have a friend when she was pregnant with her first child she had diarrhea my dad told her that she needed a wash out ,luckily she did not take his advice ,because next we now she was pregnant.
