I'm not THAT old.. only 23, but I cannot stand this kind of music and it seems like these ugly dudes are everywhere? Who likes this? High schoolers? I'm just wondering what type of people are listening to this crap and actually find these femmy guys attractive.

I like Green Day.. but they were cool a long time ago.. like 10 years ago...........But the rest of these weirdos.. I don't know what their deal is. Oh and Green Day didn't always use to look like those freaks. They actually were hot!

When black men find their own species ugly and opt for in this order, Asian women, European women and then mixed race black women attractive and finally their own race coming bottom of the heap, we see that the media, generational comments about flat noses, big lips, black skin, curly hair, are unattractive that we have bought the lie that the European features, fair skin, light eyes, and sharp features are seen as an attractive trait. However the anomaly is that Asian women come above all other races. There are more Miss World's which are of Indian extraction than any other. Conversely the when looking at Male attraction, the European Male, Black Male, Chinese and then Indian male is the rank in that order. This does give some credence that mainly white people have controlled the media, and set the rules. We have all bought the line. It is known as the Lion pride principal, chiefly a female from another species will coveted and actively sought, the male of another species will be fought off. Of course in the civilised world, we can not fight so we undermine and use the media and lies that the male of another species should be ridiculed, and so portrayed as second hand goods. Now why Black men are higher that Asian Males is simple. Black males do not represent a threat to the White male, Asians are clever, and upwardly mobile, and do very well, the black male unfortunately has not become in numbers, and my monetary wealth a threat. with Men they know they are driven by physical attraction so to paint the white and fair skinned as the epitome of beauty. Alas Indians have bought the lie, the fair skinned people sporting coloured contacts are employed, the dark skinned are showcased, as evil bad or scum.

Emo's. Emo = gay. I'm 23 and feel the same way. Anytime I go somewhere there's all these dudes wearin girl pants and makeup. The music sucks too. Fall Out Boy? Gay. Panic At The Disco? Gay. Yeah, Green Day was a really good band back in the day, now their lame.

OH you did not just DISS afi. AFI has more TALENT THAN YOU COULD EVER HAVE. sorry if you find this offending, but don't diss unless you have the skills too. If you are a woman, you are jealous of them because they look better in make-up than you ever will. FYI: AFI has been around since 1989, they released their first album in 1995, because they broke up to go to COLLEGE!!!!!! they have fans all over the world including 30-year olds, like my mom!!!!!!!! Not everyone loves men who don't shower for weeks! If your going to talk about bands, do it on your own site or myspace, not on Yahoo anwsers. So if you ever talk smack about AFI, then you will have to deal with AFI's LEGION OF FANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I actually like AFI, they've been around for awhile. Its this whole lovely "emo" trend. I myself dont understand it very much. I'm just glad that its a trend and it will eventually die out like every other trend.
What aggravates me, is when I walk in the mall and I see boys who are wearing tighter pants than I am. It just sickens me.

I agree, these bands are a complete waste of time. They crowd the way to a great artist. They all sing like girls and sometimes I cant tell if they are men or women. They need to their ugly He/she faces up. Emo sucks.

well, if you wern't such a lucky american ***** then you would realize that there's more to to music than something tosnapyour fingers to. if you want that then listen to hip-hop ****. and i agree that most of those bands suck, but there are a few exceptions in wannabe punk rock. here they are:
Rise Against: influences from everywhere in rock. straight ege, clean cut. noeyeliner outta them.
Blink-182: the only worthwhile pop-punk/powerpop group to listen to.
sum 41: not as winey. very sarcastic.kicks fall out boy **** in the ***.

If I looked like that, I'd probably be whiney too . . .
come to think of it, except for the eyeliner, I did look a lot like that when I was a teen - and I whined a lot too, because that look certainly wasn't gettin' me any action . . .
