A little XP trick, hold down the "ctrl" key and scroll with the mouse. Upward is smaller text, downward is larger text.

click on VIEW > TEXT SIZE > MEDIUM

not all webmasters allow you to change the size of the text in the browser. that's why it's large sometimes and not others.
