besides California or New York...be specific get points like give me a specific city....I'm looking for a place that has a good nightlife..safe...and not humid **** weather....i dont mind if its hott but it cant be humid and has a good asian population...

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has a large Asian population. We have a "China Town" and we experience all 4 seasons, it's not humid year round or freezing year round, it's juuuuust right. Plus, you're on the coast so you can visit the beach in the summer, you can go to NYC, Washington DC, etc. They are all under 2 hours. Also, we have lower taxes than New York and New Jersey!

Lowell, Massachusetts has alot of asians, mostly Cambodian, but it does get humid only in the summer...

A lot of Vietnamese and Hmongs moved to Minnesota. It isn't humid.
