unless you meant (2*5+3)^2+19
then it'd be 13^2 + 19
169 + 19
= 188

2*5+3 to the second= 19 because 3 * 3 = 9 + 2 * 5 = 19 + 19 = 38
order of operations
3²=9
2*5=10
9+10=19
19+19=38
