hi,i have a lyromedia mp3 player,i thought u can just plug it in to pc and copy music from my playlists,but it is not that easy can anyone tell me where i can download instructions for it

go to the lyromedia homepage where u can download the manual as a word doc.

Most players will appear in My Computer as a removeable drive.
Locate your MP3 files, select the ones you want to copy to the player by left clicking each file while holding the CTRL key down.
Once all the files you want to transfer are highlighted, right click on any of the highlighted files and choose Send To and then choose the appropriate drive from the list that appears.

Much easier than using Media Player or managers etc IMHO.

This doesn't work for Ipods because you have to use that crappy Itunes...

go to the makers website you can get instruction books to download usually, if you used the disc to install the software that come with the play, try connecting it to your PC, and use windows media player and synchronise tab, it should then find your mp3 player.

If you have XP it will recognise the MP3 player automatically. if it doesn't right click on Mycomputer and find the USB port you plugged it in to uninstall the USB port - reboot and XP will automatically reinstall it. It'll work then.

if it usb connected go to my computer and it should be there as a removable drive, transfer your files by saving them to the removable drive.
