How do you drag the relationship bar while on boolprop.... bcuz i erallly need to know! please!!! help me fast!

once you have activated the boolprop cheat you must restart your family. save your game, go back to the neighborhood screen and re-enter your family. Once there you can just drag it. If not, hold the shift button and try dragging it again.
