Alexis, you seriously need to see a doctor and have a complete blood test. You might have a serious dietary problem, such as too much sugar or not enough sugar, but the results will show your condition on hundreds of things such as hormones, cholestrol levels, and will show how important organs such as your liver and kidneys are functioning. Feeling tired and jittery and shaky all the time inspite of restricting your intake of caffiene is not a good sign. It's probably something simple, but it needs to be identified and fixed. People care about you. Take care of yourself. Get checked.

Fibromyalgia? Cronic Fatigue? Diabetes? Maybe your adrenalin is pumped up when it shouldn't be. Are you mad or tensed up for no reason? Do you get like that when your mad?
I am guessing that you are eating properly.
You should go to the doctor soon while your feeling like that so if they do blood tests they can figure it out.

You need to get a complete check-up. You could have anything from a vitamin deficiency to something serious like MS. See a Dr.
