They want the wrestler not to be currently wrestling. I hear Dusty Rhodes might be in this year. WWE want him to be one of the main inductees. He would have been last year, but Bret Hart and Eddie Guerrero were the main ones so they chose not to induct him. I heard for this year they want Ultimate Warrior or Randy Savage.
