This too will eventually fall back on The Bush Administration ... worse yet, it will be our Troops who will endure the pain and suffering of torture by other nations we find ourselves in conflict with. The Secritary of Defense will no doubt "take responsibility" but will not trade places with Joey, Jimmy or Sarah who will be beaten to death.

hypocrite. they can talk of democracy and human rights and do the exact opposite. they talk about upholding the constitution, yet they wiretap your home, your office all in the name of fighting terrorism. how does starting a war in a country that's got nothing to do with terrorism suppose to stop terrorism? every Iraqi insurgents caught and proven to be Iraqi should be accorded the Geneva convention. this is their country. we are the invaders. if you couldn't win the hearts and minds of the people, how then can you claim to be their liberator? get out, this is not our war.

They've been caving in to Bushie and Co, all 6 years so far of his presidency. They need to grow some ba**s and stand up to him instead of being a rubber stamp for him.

i hope so, i know that alot of liberalists want to put prisoners up at a holiday inn and feed them steak and lobster till they crack and give up the information but i just cant see this working. if a terrorrist has information detrimental to the safety and security of my family, then i say torture him with any means possible till he spills his guts one way or the other. i have no sympathy for people who would slice a 2 year olds throat out of hate for their families religion. if they all have to die to protect my country then so be it.
