First, wash your face every morning and every night before you go to bed, using just mild soap (like ivory) and a wash cloth.

Then, if needed, use moisturizers or acne creams.

Don't cake on the make up, especially the cheap stuff, it clogs your pours.

Don't smoke or drink a lot, use face sunblock and drink lots of water.

Besides staying away from fried, fatty and oilly food, eat cucumbers. Only non-pickled cucumbers though. I hear they're really good for the skin. I have really nice skin, but I'm going to start blending to cucumber for breakfast everyday.

I heard that washing your skin with sugar and soap leaves your skin all nice and soft!!! The chick that told me that had really clear, beautiful skin soooo I asked her what products she used. That was her answer!!! Oiless Soap by the way!!!
