If doing simple tasks frustrates you that much, then I suspect that either there is something else going on in your life -- or you really ought to think about working in a different field.

The last time something like this happened to me, I was taking anti-inflammatory medicine that made me irritable. I stopped taking it & took Ibuprophren instead. The world became much better.

i'm not sure i get what you're asking....are you mad that you were assigned that task? have you done it before and someone wrecked it again? do you think it's not "your job" to do this task?
it's hard to say w/o more info. I'll assume it's because you don't like the task -- and yeah, it could be worse, you could have to clean the executive mens room, where the managers notoriously have "bad aim." If you focus on the task at hand, and challenge yourself -- how can I be creative, and have a little fun with this, maybe it will be more tolerable. For example, as you tape the sides, you might imagine taking duct tape to the person who assigned you this task, and taping him to the toilet seat in the mens executive bath room. That might make the task a bit more delightful! Just grin & bear it, at least you have a job, which is more than some can say. Good luck!

Wow, I'm really stumped on that one. Maybe my Texan is not compatible with the way you are phrasing your question?
