What are the chances of a woman getting elected President? Do the Republicans, or Democrats offer any REAL potential female candidates?

I'm independent, so don't bash me.

I hope the time comes. We are a nation of bold leaders, and many women have made a difference.

Democrats have Hillary Clinton. She has the best chance.

Republicans have several smart women that all have chances. Condi Rice has the best chance.

I'd hope by 2020 there will be a woman elected.

Of course.

Democrats, Hillary Clinton.

Republicans, Condoleeza Rice or Senator Elizabeth Dole.

Yes, most likely a Republican. The female vote would help them the most. Democrats already carry over 95% of black female voters - a black female Republican candidate could easily win.
Lots of intelligent choices - one will not be Hillary - moderates will not vote for her, she went too far left for the moderate vote.

I think so. If it isn't Condi Rice soon, it will be a long, long time before one comes along. She will make a good one but not just yet. As for Hillary, she has too much baggage, hers and her husband's.

Not in my lifetime, I don't think....But I believe there will be a (White) woman President before there's a person of color President.

As horrible as it is for me to say this (god forgive me). Hell yes if Hillary runs the only person I would vote for over her is Colin Powel. I am a white male who serves in the millitary(hence I am a radical cons.) and belive that they are the best cut out for the job. Screw classing people based on there sex or race class them based on there brains.
