I seriously doubt it at your age.
It could be:
Infectious Diarrhea
Hemorroids
Chron's
Ulcerative Colitis
Yes, it could be Cancer, but you are very young... and usually it isn't cancer in someone underneath 40, unless you have something in the family like juvenille polyposis.

I doubt it's cancer! Don't be worried! Go check it out with a doctor. What I think it is is a hemorrhoid (when you poop really hard and it bursts a blood vessel [gross, i know]) Is there blood every time you poop or just one time?
Anyway, go to the doctor, better safe than sorry, but I doubt it's cancer. Good luck!

I have sometimes, just had a check up from the doctor and I'm ok so think it's probably just hemmroids especially if it's bright red.
Anyway go to the doctor and get checked out.

It is one of the symptoms of colon cancer, however, it is also symptomatic of passing extremely hard stool or having a hemorrhoid.

You could have hemorrhoids. Sometimes they get irritated and cause mild anal bleeding. It would be wise to have this checked by your family doctor though. Here is a link that may help you. Good luck!

It could be an ulcer. An ulcer happens when you haven't eaten for long periods of time. Hope it's nothing serious!
