Most MP3 players are compatible with Windows Media and usually the computer's default media player is WMP. So..go to limewire and click on the "tools" tab and select "options", then select "Player" from the list. UNCHECK the box that says to use limewire media player. Go back and search for your songs. If you have downloaded songs before, then you can see them at the bottom as "100%" Once you have downloaded the song, simply double click on the song and the WMP opens up. Right click and select "add to" and select your playlist you want. All you need to do from there is plug in your MP3, hit the "Sync" button and select the playlist or songs, and hit "start sync".
If it's not the right format, WMP will tell you and you can search for the same song from a different user in the proper format. But this seldom happens (and I have 2 teenage boys that have taught me all this!)

yes i have 3000 songs that i can easilt put on an MP3 player.

Now there are some songs that are downloaded with licenses with them. Now these are tricky because the porgram that you use to put songs on your mp3 might reject them. but juts go back and download the same song and limewire will tell you if you already have that one!

Ya. It sepends what format your mp3 can use. If you have the right format just find the file. Go to my computer. And if your mp3 is in your computer double click on D: then when it's open drag the songs you want into it. That's the easiest way to do it.

usually yes, but they will have to be mp3 format, unless your mp3 player supports other formats, such as wma, aac, atrac, wav, ogg vorbis, the list goes on, look at your mp3 player manual to see which formats your player supports

it doesn't matter where you get it from as long as the file format is MP3, you can put it on your player.
