I don't know about the rappers themselves, but my proposal would be to take every "rap" CD and recording and burry them so far 'underground' that we would not have to hear them anymore.

z ro is pretty tight. and a guy from arkansas called rod-d is cool too. ever heard of atmosphere? they are okay (though they are not "hardcore") also check out dead prez. they are kinda political like the old public enemy used to be, but theyre awesome.
