A very thoughtful, thought-provoking question.

The US never before experienced such an act of foreign-born violence on its own soil...but so many other nations have. What DO they think of our reaction? The London Blitz...the Nazi capture of Paris...the obscenity of Hiroshima...the list goes on and on...

I hope, both for our sake and theirs, that the Japanese reacted with the empathy and compassion that is the best part of our human hearts.

And I suspect they may have also felt a confirmation of the concept of karma. We DO reap what we sow...and the spiritual balance of the universe always returns to perfection.

The atomic bombings of Japan was NOT terrorism. World War II was a declared war. Why do you assume that Japanese people don't care about the victims of terrorism throughout the world? Why are you so anti Japan?

What's the comparison? There isn't one.
I'm not Japanese, but I feel the Japanese should feel empathy for both tragedies.
However, Pearl Harbor happened before Nagasaki and I believe they have apoligized to us for Pearl Harbor.

I don't know. But Japan did something similar at Pearl Harbor when they sucker punched the US before War had been declared. Perhaps they can see that doing that to the US may result in the same scenario in the Middle East.

You know your not allowed to question anything about 9/11.

9/11 is a sacred cow and if you looked to close at any of it the house of cards would fall.

The US uses an atomic weapon on a civilain population uncertain of what would happen and they see themselves as a hero for this -

So in short as you should know never question 9/11 and Japan bad never ask any more - Japan was bad the US 9/11 also bad get it?

Its an interesting point, America is often accused of double standards, but there is no arguing that Japan started that one at Pearl Harbour
