They are jealous.. not because he's latino, but because he's the highest paid professional sports player ever (half a billion for his complete contract). And they're mad because their GM paid waaaay too much for him and therefor nobody will ever take him unless the Yankees literally paid them (they'd actually have to give another team money to help pay his salary lol).

Also, I think A-Rod should leave them and come here to the cubs where we love you no matter what (unless you leave games without them finishing lol). I think this would be a really good deal because Yankees would get Aramiz ramirez (a good power hitter) and they would releave some salary while the cubs would get a good player. Also there would be some minor league dealing too, maybe Jeff Samardzija if he decides to play baseball.

Because only irrational illiterate idiots can be Yankee fans. The very fact that they are Yankee fans means that they are short-sighted little people who like to follow the crowd, incapable of making decisions much harder than whether to eat supper at night. The burning question for most Yankee fans is whether to keep walking or to stop and pick their nose. It is very easy for the media to manipulate people such as this because they are basically spineless and unable to think for themselves.

As for the Yankee players, the same can mostly be said about them. They are a bunch of under-achieving, has-been primadonnas who had excellant careers for other teams and were then bought by the Yankees and suddenly decided they could not perform well anymore (Johnson, A-Rod, Sheffield, Matsui, Giambi, the list is long and includes just about every current Yankee except Jeter and Mussina). Most of the Yankees were the best players on their previous team. Logic dictates that if you field the best players from the league, you should have the best team. For the amount they are getting paid, the Yankees should win at least 125 games each year, every year. They are paid twice as much as anybody else but they do not perform twice as well. They are wimps who deserve their fans.
