how do i get to and play the games on my TI 84 + silver edition??

Hit the APPS button. You might just have one thing on it (Finance), if this is so, then you can't play the games. If there are lots of items on the screen after you hit APPS, use the down arrow to scroll down and look for something called Puzzle Pack. Press Enter and choose a game.

It's one of those graphing ones? You have to download those games from a computer, you know.
