Hmmm. Usually people have trouble with dry mouth rather than excess salivation. Do you have any swelling, like in your throat or your cheeks? Any sniffies in your nose? Any fever? I'd think it was more likely you had an infection rather than an herb reaction. Though I guess it's possible. Usually, sour or citrus stuff or astringent herbs cause salivation (like bitter herbs, or maybe stuff with tannins.) Any horseradish, onions, garlic, citrus fruits, vinegar, wines? I can't think of anything offhand.
I guess you could try avoiding one herb at a time until you find the one that's causing the excess salivation. If no herb did it, then off to the doctor! You might have some kind of issue with your salivary glands, like a blockage or something.

Sometimes you can get excessive salivation if you have an allergic reaction to something and your throat or tongue is swelling.
