Ok so I lost my mucus plug which was tinged with blood two days ago. Went to hospital they said I am 2-3cm dialated. Today I feel like crap! I feel like what you feel when your getting your period. Cramping and back ache. I had a little tiny bit of yellow somewhat watery discharge this morning. He doesnt move near as much as he usually does. I am 37 weeks. Is this a sign of labor or do I still have weeks to go?

Question 2 lol- During the exam when the nurse was checking to see if I was dialated I got tensed up real bad because it hurt,I have actually been getting tense during my exams alot lately, could I actually be more dialated than she said If I was tensed up during exam? Your cervix is like a tissue which can tighten if you tense so could it be more?

down and went to use bathroom and there was a somewhat watery "yellow" show. Not a whole lot of water but it was more liquid than a thick discharge

I predict you will have the baby tomorrow. Seriously this is how I felt the day before I gave birth both times. I would feel like that for a day and wake up at 6 in the morning with contractions and have the baby by 7:30. Good luck. =)

Sounds like you are in the early stages of labour. Unfortunately this could go on for a few days, or longer, so get as much sleep as you can, and eat lots of easily digested nutritious food so you are ready for the upcoming birth :)

Your cervix doesn't close up if you are tense, but it can close up and dilate again, if the mother is in labour but feels a lot of anxiety etc. Ina May Gaskin talks about it in her book Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. Check it out at your library before your baby is born!

Sounds like you're on your way to delivering. That's how I felt during my labor, though I didn't even know my water broke. They tell you it's these debilitating pains that stop you in your tracks. Those happen just later on. Not in the early stages of labor. Congratulations!!!!

Sure sounds like labor to me!
If you've lost your plug you could be leaking amnio fluid. You should call a local health nurse.
