It's different for everyone. For some, it takes only the first time, but for others, it can take longer or maybe never (sad, but true). My husband and I tried for 4 years and we're now expecting our first child. It's not as easy as everyone says for everyone!

There are 3 days out of every month that are optimal for conception. You can get ovulation tests at any drug store so you can see when that time is best for you.

My advice to you is to stop trying to get pregnant. Stop stressing about it, stop worrying about it. Just make love. Believe me when you stop "trying" you will get pregnant.
