It's clotted blood but if they are too big, it can be a miscarriage, if you are sexually active, and might think you are pregnant. To make that go away and make your periods better, take vitamin E and you should be fine. I take it and it helps me a lot. I don't have cramps and my flow is easier with each cycle. Blood clots. Your body is just cleaning itself out. Unless you think you may be pregnant, don't worry about it. If it bothers you then see your doctor, he will ease your mind.

It's just a clot. make sure you have plenty of protection on hand in case it starts to bleed a lot.
