So, how come you deleted the first version of this question? As I was going to answer to the first version, I neither think Bush is stupid nor do I think he's pretending to be stupid. Delete that!

If he's just pretending - he should win an OSCAR. He is even Gumpier than Tom Hanks as Forrest Gump. I think it's a giveaway that he doesn't have a limo, but a short school bus.
