hi, i have a suzuki intruder 800 and im going to do the service may be next week and is my first time, i have the manual and i wanna know wich oil you recomend me, so all the help is welcome ok, thanx for looking and thanx.

Motul E-Tech 100 10-40 synthetic.

Synthetic oils are absolutely the best, followed by synthetic blends. Amsoil scores well on all tests, so does Mobil 1. And throw an Engine Sentry into your oil filter to eliminate all the metal junk your filter can't get at.

I recommend you use a synthetic or synthetic blend oil.
Synthetic oil sticks to parts when the bike is not running so the parts are oil coated at start-up. Also, it retains its viscosity in wet clutch engines.

I have used Mobil1 15/50 for most of 150,000 miles in a Valkyrie.

I always use a heavy synthetic - liquid gold, that stuff. Even with synth, I change the oil every 3000 km on my VT1100. Can't change it too often!

You can never go wrong by using the oil recommened in the manual (I used the Honda oil for my VTX...good enough for them good enough for me). You can also go sythetic if you want, that debate is still raging.

I always use synthetic oil, but if your gonna use reg oil at least use castrol

use dealer old first for break in period and a few more time thereafter. using standard oil wont hurt. make sure its the grade.
