As in they hire people without experience, train them and then these people work for them. I am looking for a job and I am in college. All companies have checked want atleast one year or six months experience.

Cable companies, Bell South, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, United States post office, Civil Service jobs, Justice Department. Police Department, Fire fighter, Teachers Aide, Nursing home staffing, etc, etc, etc.

I work and train new techs.
We do require you work for three years after training though.
Check your local for more info from the tech manager.
