Not helping with the cleaning, not helping with the cooking for everyone in the household, not helping with the yardwork (if you are in a house where it's required for the tenants to do the yardwork), playing loud music, having friends over at all hours of the day and night, using my stuff without asking
In otherwords, doing all the things that are not polite and courteous to/for others and not having respect for others, their space, and their privacy.

A have a few that irritate me. Peeing on the toilet seat, falling asleep on the couch with the TV on, Wearing my clothes, allowing friends to call in the middle of the night.
