They can be...if you only scramble the whites and don't add any butter or other fattening ingredients! Good luck with releasing your weight. (If you lose something, most of the time it can find you back.)

Eggs are fine. They are only 70 or 80 calories each. Just don't scramble them with butter. If you want, you can use egg beaters or egg whites to reduce some more calories and scramble them in a really good, non-stick pan. Great source of protein, too.

Like most everyone else said, use mostly whites. One yolk for extra nutrients is ok.

If you really like the taste of butter with your eggs, try Smart Balance which has omega-3 essential fats and can counteract the cholesterol effects of the egg yolk.

They are a great source of protien, but to reduce calories you make them using three eggs with only one yolk.

it depends what kind of eggs, how much eggs, and whats in the eggs try the low fat eggs then you would be good

remove the yolks before you scramble and dont use any butter...then yeah sure
